Professional Biography: Founder of this firm in 1981, Mr. Gibson
is licensed to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Arkansas, the
8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St.. Louis, and the United States
Supreme Court, and has been admitted pro hac vice before the Courts
of other States. He has twice served as a Special Associate Justice of
the Arkansas Supreme Court by Governor appointment. For seven years,
he served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Arkansas' 10th Judicial
District. In addition to his private practice, he presently serves as
Civil County Attorney for Drew County, Arkansas. Mr. Gibson has
conducted seminars for the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial
Lawyers Association, and recently lectured on the effect of hedonic
damages in Arkansas wrongful death cases. In a Readers' Poll conducted
in 2002 by a Southeast Arkansas newspaper Mr. Gibson won the "Best Attorney"
designation.

Recent Reported Cases:
In Moss v. American Alternative Ins. Corp., 2006 WL 3147438 (E.D. Ark. 2006), Mr. Gibson successfully defended against a summary
judgment motion by a defendant insurance company on a farmer's claim for the tort of bad faith.

In Gosney v. Reliable Life
Ins. Co., 293 F.3d 1052 (8th Cir. 2002) Mr. Gibson successfully defeated
immunity claim of insurance company for intentional wrongs committed against
former agent.
In Caldwell v. TACC Corporation, 423 F.3d 784 (8th
Cir. 2005) Mr. Gibson and co-counsel defended District Court findings that
claimants not made-whole by recovery thereby defeating subrogation claim of
worker compensation insurance carrier.
